About the Role:

As our Assistant General Manager, you'll be entrusted with a multitude of responsibilities and wear various hats:

Supporting the Director of Operations in all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, training, and budgeting.
Overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Leading and motivating a team of passionate Retail Associates.
Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
Maintaining compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Playing a key role in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Acting as a Brand Representative and driving sales when necessary
Engaging in Social Media Content
Opening and closing the store 

Competitive hourly wage of $18-$20, based on experience and qualifications.

Education Requirements: Prior experience in the cannabis industry, preferred especially in a leadership role.
Knowledge of NYS cannabis regulations and compliance procedures.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Customer service certification or relevant training is preferred but not required
Experience Requirements: Qualifications:

Minimum 21 years of age with a valid New York State ID.
3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
Passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to responsible retail practices.
