Job Description
As a Cannabis Production Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are packaged and processed with the utmost care and efficiency. You will work alongside a dedicated team to cultivate and prepare cannabis for our customers. Responsibilities: · Package cannabis flower and trim into various consumer-ready formats · Maintain a clean and organized work area according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) · Assist with cultivation and production activities as needed. · Assist with labeling, weighing, and tracking inventory · Operate processing equipment (e.g., trimming machines) under proper supervision · Maintain accurate documentation and records · Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations · Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations Schedule: · 8-hour shift · Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift · Possibility for Overtime · Weekends as needed · Please note: This is an in-person position located in Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Reliable transportation or plans to relocate before starting work are required. | Experience Requirements: | Qualifications: · Minimum of 6 months experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred) · Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Physically able to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs · Must be at least 21 years of age. |
