The Front Gate Personnel is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the premises by monitoring and controlling access to the facility. This role involves greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and ensuring that all entry and exit points are secure. The Front Gate Personnel serves as the first point of contact for visitors and must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Access Control:
Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Verify identification and credentials of all individuals entering the premises.
Issue visitor passes and maintain a log of all visitors.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all entries and exits.
Complete incident reports and other required documentation promptly and accurately.

| Education Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certification in security or related fields is a plus. |
| Experience Requirements: | Previous experience in a security role is preferred. Experience in customer service is advantageous. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for logging entries and monitoring security systems. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Work Environment This position is primarily based in a trailer at the front gate area. Exposure to various weather conditions is to be expected. |
