The Return and Transfer Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing product returns and internal transfers within the distribution center. This position ensures that returned products are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Coordinator also oversees the internal transfer of products between different departments or locations, ensuring smooth and timely movement of inventory.
Product Returns:
Process returned products promptly and accurately, including inspecting, sorting, and recording returned items.
Coordinate with the Customer Service team to address and resolve return-related issues.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all returns, including reasons for return and any associated documentation.
Assess returned products for restocking, refurbishing, or disposal according to company policies.
Ensure compliance with return policies and procedures.
Internal Transfers:
Coordinate and manage internal transfers of products between departments or locations.
Prepare and process transfer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely movement of inventory.
Collaborate with Warehouse and Inventory teams to ensure seamless transfer processes.
Monitor and track inventory levels to facilitate efficient transfers.
Address and resolve any issues related to internal transfers promptly.
General Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Assist in inventory counts and audits as needed.
Provide support to the Logistics Manager and other team members as required.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance return and transfer processes.

| Education Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a fulfillment, distribution, or logistics role, with a focus on returns and/or internal transfers. Prior experience in cannabis sales and products is preferred Proficiency in inventory management software |
